Players who remember the dimly-it elevator that served as the Velvet Room in Persona 3 will probably feel right at home in Persona 4’s Velvet Room, which will take the form of limousine. Igor is back again, but has a new helper this time, a certain Margaret. Six persona will be fusable at a time and, in a new twist, the date will affect the abilities gained by the resulting persona. As in the previous game, players will have to create Social Links in order to develop stronger persona.

Persona 4 will be released in Japan on July 10. There’s still no word on whether it’ll see North American release.
